Membership Summary

➢ Lessons are separate from membership fees.

➢ Use of Facility: Next Level does not provide an

“Open Facility”. Members may use the facility

during regular operating hours if space is available.

➢ No Reservations: All reservations are subject to

Next Level rental fees.

➢ All lessons,rentals, and camps hold precedent over

membership use.

➢ Membership availability for 13+ players.

➢ Members 12 and under must be accompanied by an

adult (this does not include social events).

➢ No metal or plastic molded cleats. Sneakers or turf

shoes only. No gum or seeds.

➢ Next Level reserves the right to cancel

memberships based upon misuse of facility.

➢ MEMBERSHIP USE OF FACILITY IS A WALK IN ONLY and

IS DEPENDENT ON OPEN SPACE AT THAT TIME.
