When people ask us to describe Next Level and what we offer, this picture here is what I try to put into words. 

These two 11U players were hitting off of a tee in the cages when Nate walked by and asked if he could hop in and work out with them.  Nate is currently playing baseball D-1 Fairleigh Dickinson to play baseball. I imagine Nate doesn't realize it, but him taking the time to work with those two kids meant the world to them.  Nate is not alone, there are others that unknowingly give back and help the younger kids get better.  

That culture is what we offer.  We have an amazing group of trainers and kids that promote an environment of getting better.
